  • Do you work with our existing HRIS?

    Yes. Workday, ADP Workforce Now, BambooHR, Rippling, Gusto, and Paychex are standard. Other systems on request.

  • What about data residency?

    Employee data stays in your HRIS. Our operators access via your tenant under your IAM controls. We do not export PII to our environment unless contractually required.

  • How do you handle multi-country payroll?

    We partner with in-country payroll providers in jurisdictions where local registration is required, and operate directly where statutory rules allow. Either way, you get a single point of contact and a unified monthly close.

  • What happens if we have a payroll issue mid-cycle?

    Defined escalation path with a 4-hour response SLA for severity-one issues, 24-hour for severity-two. Issue log and root-cause analysis published monthly.

  • Can you support our HRBPs during open enrollment?
