    Monthly retainer per sourcer with a defined output target, or per-deliverable for one-off market maps. Worked examples in our proposals.

  • Can you work directly inside our ATS?

    Yes. Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Workday, Bullhorn, and SmartRecruiters are standard. Other systems on request.

  • What channels do you source through?

    LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, AngelList, niche communities per role family, plus our internal candidate database. We do not rely on a single channel.

  • Do you guarantee a minimum candidate volume?

    Engagement scope sets the target. Typical commitment is 80 qualified contacts per sourcer per week with a defined conversion target to engaged candidates.

  • What is the minimum engagement length?

    Four weeks for project-based market maps. Three months for ongoing sourcing capacity.
