Pricing Logic

How we price, written so you can model it.

Indicative ranges below. Every proposal includes a worked example you can plug into your own cost-per-hire model. We publish the logic because we expect buyers to compare us against alternatives.

The six pricing patterns

One pattern per service line.

01

RPO and embedded recruiting

Monthly retainer plus per-hire success fee

Retainer covers the recruiter capacity. Success fee covers the conversion incentive. Both tied to throughput targets agreed in the SOW.

Indicative range:$8,000 to $25,000 per recruiter per month, plus $1,500 to $4,000 per hire depending on role tier.

02

Sourcing projects

Per-deliverable or per-sourcer-month

Market maps and one-off sourcing engagements are priced per deliverable. Ongoing sourcing capacity is per-sourcer-month with a defined output target.

Indicative range:$4,000 to $9,000 per market-mapping deliverable. $7,500 to $14,000 per sourcer-month.

03

HR operations and compliance ops

Per-FTE-equivalent monthly fee against SLAs

We staff to your defined workload, and you pay for the FTE equivalents we provision. SLAs are agreed in the SOW with credits for misses.

Indicative range:$2,800 to $6,500 per FTE per month depending on role tier and complexity.

04

Healthcare back-office BPO

Per-claim or per-FTE-equivalent

Coding and billing are typically priced per claim. Prior auth and analytics are per-FTE-equivalent against an SLA.

Indicative range:$3.50 to $7.00 per claim for coding. $1.50 to $3.00 per claim for billing. $3,200 to $5,500 per FTE per month for prior auth.

05

Customer support staffing

Per-FTE-equivalent monthly, or per-hour for surge

Standard coverage is per FTE per month including QA and team-lead overhead. Surge or seasonal coverage is per-hour.

Indicative range:$2,800 to $5,800 per FTE per month for full-time coverage. $18 to $32 per hour for surge.

06

AI-augmented engagements

Per-engagement design fee plus throughput-tied operating fee

Workflow audit and toolchain design are one-time. Operating fee scales with the work we automate plus a verification overhead.

Indicative range:$15,000 to $45,000 design fee. Operating fee 30% to 60% of the FTE-equivalent it replaces.

What changes the price

The five variables that move it.

  • Role tier or complexity: Senior and niche roles cost more to recruit and operate than high-volume entry-level work.
  • Volume: Higher sustained volume reduces unit cost. Project work has a higher unit cost than steady-state operations.
  • Geography: US and EU recruiting is priced higher than emerging-market recruiting because of compensation comps, not delivery cost.
  • SLA tightness: Tighter SLAs (under-24-hour response, sub-2-day turnaround) require headroom in staffing, which lifts unit cost.
  • Compliance overhead: HIPAA, SOC 2, and regulated-industry engagements carry a compliance overhead. Documented in the SOW.
